Drop a Cityworks CSV export or a work-order PDF printout (same files the email accepts). Everything merges by WO number and routes to the Break/Fix or PM tab — new orders are added, existing ones refresh their Cityworks fields, and your status, completion & notes are kept.
Manual imports only — emailed work orders flow straight from Cityworks and aren't listed here. Reverting restores what an import overwrote; fields edited since are left alone.
