Cityworks is the system of record. This portal mirrors work-order data and stores contractor status, completion & notes — notes reach Cityworks only when EMC staff copy them over manually.

Import Cityworks CSV / PDF

Drop a Cityworks CSV export or a work-order PDF printout (same files the email accepts). Everything merges by WO number and routes to the Break/Fix or PM tab — new orders are added, existing ones refresh their Cityworks fields, and your status, completion & notes are kept.

Backfill mode: this records an audit-log entry for an import that already happened — no work orders will be changed. Drop the same CSV that was imported. When did that import happen?
