Cityworks is the system of record. This portal mirrors work-order data and stores contractor status, completion & notes — notes reach Cityworks only when EMC staff copy them over manually.

Import Cityworks CSV

Drop the Cityworks export (same format as the emailed CSV). Rows merge by WO number and route to the Break/Fix or PM tab — new orders are added, existing ones refresh their Cityworks fields, and your status, completion & notes are kept.
